Who we are

Heimdude is a telehealth service of Abintra Medical LLC. Clinical care is provided by licensed clinicians to patients located in Utah.

Content on this public website is general information about our services and about testosterone therapy. It is not medical advice, does not create a clinician-patient relationship, and is not a substitute for evaluation by a licensed clinician. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.

How care works

A clinician-patient relationship is established through our patient portal, where you complete intake, consent to telehealth care, complete lab work, and meet a licensed clinician in a live video visit. Prescriptions — including testosterone, a Schedule III controlled substance — are issued only when a licensed clinician determines treatment is medically appropriate. No prescription is issued based solely on an online questionnaire, and no treatment outcome is guaranteed.

Artificial intelligence

We use AI to support intake, education, and navigation. AI does not diagnose, prescribe, or approve treatment. Our AI Use Disclosure describes these boundaries, and you will be told when you are interacting with AI.

Eligibility and accounts

Our services are available to adults 18 and older located in Utah. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide — clinical decisions depend on it.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the website or portal: no unauthorized access, no scraping of patient areas, no submitting another person's information as your own.

Changes

We may update these terms as our services evolve. Material changes affecting patients will be communicated through the portal.
