Your care and your health information

Heimdude's clinical services are delivered through our secure patient portal by Abintra Medical LLC and its licensed clinicians. Health information you share in the portal — intake responses, lab results, visit records, prescriptions, and messages — is protected health information handled in accordance with HIPAA and applicable Utah law.

Patients receive our privacy practices, telehealth consent, and AI-use disclosures during registration and intake, and can review them in the portal at any time.

Artificial intelligence

Where AI supports your experience, it is disclosed at the point of use. AI systems used in your care operate under the same privacy obligations as the rest of the platform; see our AI Use Disclosure.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal or health information.
• We do not use your clinical conversations for advertising.
