This public website provides general information. If you use HeimGuide, your question is sent to our configured OpenAI service to help find relevant site information. The public assistant does not access your patient records or save a chat history. Please use the secure patient portal for personal health details. Any site analytics are configured not to collect health information.
Your care and your health information
Heimdude's clinical services are delivered through our secure patient portal by Abintra Medical LLC and its licensed clinicians. Health information you share in the portal — intake responses, lab results, visit records, prescriptions, and messages — is protected health information handled in accordance with HIPAA and applicable Utah law.
Patients receive our privacy practices, telehealth consent, and AI-use disclosures during registration and intake, and can review them in the portal at any time.
Artificial intelligence
Where AI supports your experience, it is disclosed at the point of use. AI systems used in your care operate under the same privacy obligations as the rest of the platform; see our AI Use Disclosure.
Optional visit text messages
If you opt in to visit texts, we record your phone number and consent preference and use Twilio to send call-ready and rescheduling notifications. We retain delivery references and opt-out records to operate the service and honor your preferences. Your text-message consent is not used for marketing. Standard text messages may be visible to anyone with access to your phone; use the secure portal for health details. You can withdraw consent in the portal or reply STOP. See our text-message terms.
What we don't do
- We do not sell your personal or health information.
- We do not use your clinical conversations for advertising.
