Why we built Heimdude

Men's health telehealth has a trust problem: checkout-flow medicine, teaser pricing, and marketing that promises youth in a vial. We built Heimdude to prove the opposite is possible — technology that makes care faster and clearer, with licensed clinicians firmly in charge.

What makes us different

• Clinician-led, by design. Every diagnosis, prescription, and dose decision is made by a licensed clinician. Our software enforces that — a first prescription literally cannot be approved in our system without a completed video visit.
• AI with boundaries. We use AI where it genuinely helps — intake, education, organizing records, 24/7 navigation — and we disclose it everywhere it appears. Our AI Use Disclosure is public.
• Honest medicine. TRT is not right for everyone. We say no when it's the right answer, we review risks openly, and we never guarantee outcomes.

Who we are

Heimdude is a telehealth service of Abintra Medical LLC, serving Utah residents. Care is delivered by clinicians licensed in Utah, supported by a purpose-built platform for intake, labs, secure video visits, prescriptions, and ongoing monitoring.

Provider profiles — including credentials and Utah licensure — are available to patients in the portal and will be published here as our care team grows.
