How it works

From first questions to ongoing care

Five steps, fully online, with a licensed Utah clinician making every medical decision along the way.

1. Create your account and complete intake

Share your symptoms, history, medications, goals, and relevant records in a structured health intake. AI helps organize that information for your clinician. You'll always know when you're interacting with AI; it does not diagnose, prescribe, decide eligibility, or make care decisions.

2. Review records and testing needs

New baseline labs are not routine for every patient. Your clinician reviews available records and decides whether additional testing is clinically indicated based on your health, symptoms, and potential treatment plan.

3. Meet your clinician through telehealth

Every new patient has a live, secure telehealth visit with a Utah-licensed clinician, built right into the portal — no extra apps. Most visits use video. This isn't a formality: it's where your clinician reviews your health information and any relevant results, answers questions, and completes the evaluation. Heimdude requires a live video visit before a first testosterone prescription can be issued through our telehealth service.

4. Receive a personalized treatment plan

Your clinician recommends next steps tailored to your health and goals. The plan may include TRT or other care, follow-up, further testing, a referral, or no prescription. No prescription is ever issued from a questionnaire alone.

5. Stay monitored and supported

When ongoing care is appropriate, your clinician sets a monitoring plan that may include follow-up labs, check-ins, and clinician-approved dose changes. Your care team remains available through the portal, while AI supports education and navigation without making care decisions.
